Honestly these were promotional watches from the magazine from what I understand , This was the "dollar watch" I posted about that I got a week or so ago....

An easy get thankfully, since I don’t need a full runway…just a little hand space
So interesting interaction this weekend. I see a watch on the bay with $100 opening bid and a $200 BIN. No bids on it with just a day left. So I figure I'll take a page out of @Luecke3262 playbook and contact him offering $75 if he doesn't sell it. He responds with an email saying how mint it is, it cost him $xxx (several times above my offer) and he can't possibly go lower than $200. So what do I do? Go in and bid $100 and win it. So now I'm wondering did he play me for an extra $25? Or did I get it for $100 less than he wanted?
