Exactly. The key is that everything that goes in the box must be clean, sanitized, and ready to go for someone else to just pick up an use. So if it’s a soap, the surface must either be washed down or scraped to a fresh layer of clean soap. Razors should be cleaned/sanitized with something like scrubbing bubbles or barbicide.
You are also free to test out and use anything in the box. It just needs to be cleaned before you put it back in, if you decide to not keep it.
