@BarberDave Do you have, or have you seen, machines that take these?

Yes mine does, and my old vintage
Machine worked in these alone. They emulsified in hpt water. Wish they were still around

21 I got curious and cut my puck in the mug to see my progress. It appears I’m down to about 1/8”. I reasoned I could us3 more product if I put things back in my lathering bowl and pressed it into that. Next I’ll probably break out the big guns out and press it into the captains choice bowl next. In copper it was a chore to chase my 2 halves all over, but managed to load and lather pretty well. At 25 shaves, I can detect perhaps a bit of wear in my blade, but that could also be preparation.
