15 trying the SV badger again without the extended soak. I feel badger definitely acts way different than Synthetic with Williams. I had a healthy load, but not excessive and got a pretty stable foam, just shy of lather bowl lathering. Still slick, but cosmetically not the lather I was getting when I Hate-load with synthetic. But it rinses cleanly. As long as I have Alum to cut the slick, I’m inclined to just superload.

Shave 19 today. I'd guess my puck has 1/4 to 1/3 left. I was hoping to finish it by the end of the month, but that's not going to happen.

In a previous challenge I weighed the puck every day to track usage. Initially, my puck was gaining mass instead of losing it, because it was absorbing water. LOL
 
I’m still standing. I have more than enough to finish this month. Might need to switch to a boar brush to destroy the puck once I get tired of it.

16 I reset with Synthetic today. All went as I expect with face lathering and a hate load with Williams. Shave 20 with the Gillette Platinum is also proceeding nicely. Because my puck is mashed into the mug, I don’t know how much remains.

Here's a comparison of the Vintagr Williams I've been using and a modern Williams new old stock. Guess this will last a long time since I don't know how to load heavy 🤣. Started using Feb 1, shaved 6 days a week. When this month is over. Haven't decided if I just want to save puck for next year or keep going until it's gone. That may take a 6month to a year. Only have 2 pucks of modern Williams left. Tonight's shave will be the classic Williams again with yhe Tedalus Essence replaceable blade straight razor with Feather Proguard blade. A dupe of Aqua Velva Ice Blue by PAA Sacre Bleu

17 Standard face lather and shave #21 with the Gillette Platinum. While im getting pretty great shaves and all, maybe I’m starting to succumb to over consistency.
