Nice Water of Ayr! I've only ever used a Tam-o-Shanter, 1X5. It produces a nice soft edge, but it has only ever seen water, no oil. My understanding is these stones are somewhat related and were marketed as Water of Ayer and Tam-o-Shanter even when the rock layers and gradients were not quite the same.
