This soap, balm, and cologne are heavenly - Shulton Old Spice all the way. I don’t think I could have enjoyed a shave more than this one and three passes left me mega BBS - wow!!!!!!

I find this IBC clone works best when used like a Kamisori
The tang is very slippery – having the handle locked straight helps grip
This is one of those razors I initially did not like but found my way back to it
Overall a very satisfactory BBS shave result in two passes

Hello everyone! Hope you had a pleasant evening.

Another "Best Shave of the Week" candidate this morning. Returned to ETHOS and Frank's excellent "Lavender Suprême" shave soap & splash. Fantastic natural Provence lavender scent with an incredibly thick and slick lather built with the WWBW badger brush for three passes with the Karve and I finished with alum, followed by Thayers unscented witch hazel, the matching skin food splash, CBL Premium Barber Powder & Czech & Speake "Oxford & Cambridge" EdC.

BBS bliss!!

Today's shave was a repeat of Wednesday's shave with the exception of loading the brush off the puck and building my lather in a bowl. It built heaps of creamy, rich, thick lather. It felt great on the face. The scent dissipates very quickly, unlike MWF. 2 days of growth plowed down with 3 smooth passes. BBS finish.
