Soap Southern Witchcraft Samhain
Brush SOC Cherry Wood Boar
Razor NOS Henkotsu Kamisori
Aftershaves Stirling Witchhazel Orange Chill + Southern Witchcraft Samhain Splash
Deliciously scented soap...with a rich creamy and very slick lather...excellent!!
Today's shave with this Kamisori refreshed on Naniwa 12k & 0.1um pasted balsa was nice! The edge was crisp smooth and very comfortable. 3passes for a dfs+/ccs result. The aftershaves were just as good.

Spring Equinox (equal hours of day & night)

Rooney 3/1 Ebony Finest (22/48)
Ralph Lauren Safari shaving soap (tallow)
Paradigm Diamondback 2020 (then Paradigm 17-4)
Wilkinson 'Light Brigade' (11)
Ralph Lauren Safari aftershave (vintage)

The old Safari soap is one of my favorites, making really wonderful lather. And the Diamondback is nearly as smooth as the 17-4 and possibly slightly more efficient; I could have saved quite a bit of money if I had just kept the one I had 2 years ago, but I wasn't ready for it then. I wonder how often that has been true for other shaving items... The aftershave is almost gone, but fortunately I have a backup.
