I saw a post on one of the other shaving forums I follow about using a SE blade in the Rex Ambassador, so I gave it a try.
WOW! What an amazing shave. No blade feel and very efficient. This really tames the Rex and makes it like shaving on autopilot.
Razor: Rex Ambassador ( 2 1/2 setting)
Blade: Schick SE (1st use)
Brush: Yaqi Moka 26mm two band badger

Nice enough soap and matching aftershave for the scent and lather qualities...
Today's shave with this Kamisori after putting it through another full-pasted balsa progression was kinda muted. The edge was popping hairs very well but did not feel as efficient during the shave although still feel smooth. Workday rush 2passes for a sas result without any issues...

Brush: Simpsons Keyhole KH4 Best Badger
Bowl: Captain’s Choice Copper “Obsidian” Bowl
Preshave: Phoenix Artisan Accoutrements Tube 2.0 Soap
Soap: Phoenix Artisan Accoutrements King R. Emporium Croap
Aftershave: Phoenix Artisan Accoutrements King R. Emporium Aftershave
Additional Care: Osma Alum

Proline blade is definitely sharper out of the box than the Feather ProGuard. No tugging, but more alum stinging afterward. Nice 2 pass DFS. I really, really like this King R. Emporium aftershave lately, I find myself even splashing a little on my chest to get a subtle bay rum scent throughout the day.
