Hello everyone! Hope you had a pleasant evening.

A fantastic (albeit late) shave today! Returned to RazoRock and their excellent "Blue Label" shave soap and splash. Great Blue Floid fragrance with a super thick and slick lather built with the Semogue SOC boar brush for three passes with the Karve and I finished with alum, followed by Thayers unscented witch hazel, the matching aftershave splash & Creed "Aventus" EdP.

BBS bliss!!

Originally I was planning to use something else but last night I showered with the Tabac bath soap and I enjoyed the scent so much that I decided to go with the whole kit and kaboodle this morning and it was such so enjoyable not to mention what a great shave I had!

Although I’m mostly a soap user there are still some creams that I enjoy a lot and the Palmolive Menthol is one of them. I love its fresh minty scent, my Razorock Plissoft whipped up such fabulous lather with it, the menthol sensation felt heavenly, and the postshave feeling was so comfortable. The Gold Bond moisturizer and the Aqua Velva aftershave were a perfect finishing combination. Another awesome three pass BBS shave that was so easy as well as pleasurable!

Thanks for your post. Palmolive Green is what I take when I'm on a trip. It's what I used this morning (Sunday) also. I purchased a pack of six for a nice low price off Ebay some years ago. It's a good choice.

What a terrific shave Akhi!! Out of all hard soaps I’ve used, Tabac is my favourite!

The Mitchell's Wool Fat Shave Soap face-lathered well with Jayaruh #224 Synthetic Brush. Two passes and touch ups with the Superior Lather Catcher razor and the Personna GEM SS PTFE Blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Humphrey's Witch Hazel and Aqua Velva Ice Blue. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

2 days of growth easily taken down by the .68 plate on the Game Changer. I like this razor but have not found the perfect blade for comfort with it yet. It is very efficient but if your technique is off, you'll get a lot of irritation. The HC&C soaps lather up amazingly. I used a measured 1/8 tsp and whipped up enough Soap for 4 passes. The peppermint smells so refreshing.

Neck is never BBS but that is to be expected with my turkey waddle
KENT Luxury puck makes a thick luxurious lather with minimal effort
It could be a daily driver for me – scent is almost spot on classic MWF
