Going out with the wife later to see a comedian, so I think this is a good smellscape (will probably freshen up with some of the CBL DB Oil). Extra close shave for date night!

Good morning Cadre! Hope you had a great weekend.
Fantastic shave this morning. Finally got around to using the MDC Original sample I ordered and was blown away by it! Fantastic soap! This is also one of the "veggie" soaps that that would go toe-to-toe with the best tallow offerings out there. Had to break out my PAA travel scuttle because the sample container was too small to load directly to the brush. Used a small spoon to scoop an almond-sized amount and only used the scuttle until I worked the soap into the brush. Finished building the lather on my face. Voluminous lather, exceptionally slick and cushioning. Nice powdery lavender scent. Three passes for a DFS+ result and I finished with a splash of Skin Bracer (+ skin food) and a spray of Tom Ford for Men EdT.

I like it. Very different from Oud for Greatness. The Oud Palao seems heavier on the amber notes. I may be way off base here. In any event, the Diptyque is another nice Oud-based fragrance.

Clemak Razor (British 1908 patent)/Gem PTFE. Serviceable, blade might have been a little tired (my head shave eats them quickly). Pick-up pass with my mild Enders Speed/Proline (I keep three loaded with different exposures) was lots smoother. MDC per usual.

This was my first use of the shaving cream. A small-almond sized dollop quickly made abundant fragrant lather that was thick and rich. The shave was smooth, and my skin was left supple and moisturized. Overall I was quite pleased. This shave was with a blade at the end of its life; the next will be with a newer blade. I'll write a full review after a couple more uses.

Excellent lather from the evergreen Proraso! Smell wonderful has some cooling sensation and is nice creamy & slick
Excellent shave with this awesome razor paired with the blade! Super easy to use, silky smooth, and comfortable in 3passes for a bbs result!! Perfect for travel. The matching aftershave was just great to finish off an enjoyable session!

Another excellent & effortless shave with the razor and blade pairing! So easy, silky smooth, and very comfortable in 3passes for a bbs finish. The aftershaves were terrific...nicely cool on a hot humid day...
