This soap has a wonderful tobacco cigarish scent but the lather is just acceptable...
Today's shave with this razor after the kanayama leather is just impeccably smooth and crisp. 3passes for a mostly ccs to dfs finish. Some irritation on the neck from trying too hard... The aftershaves were good.

Good morning Cadre! Hope you're having a great weekend.

New soap day. Picked this up on Etsy and was very impressed with the quality of both the soaps scent and performance. Scent is similar to Stirling's Barbershop in that it's a warm amber with powder, bay and light vanilla notes. Lather was thick and yogurt-like. Very nice! Three passes and I finished with a splash of RazoRock Blue Barber and a spray of vintage Pierre Cardin.

Wow!! What a fantastic scent from this soap (enhanced by the splash). The strength is just perfect. The lather is richly creamy and slick...really wow!
The shave with this excellent razor paired with the 3rd used blade was even better. Somehow it was smoother and crispier. 3passes for a bbs finish without any issues. The matching aftershave is just terrifically great!!
