Hey, much thanks!! I am inspired by the forum's straight shaving members post for sure. As for the ice cream cones, well, I am glad the temptation works!:LOL::LOL:

Just always reliable performance from this soap. Pleasant scent, gorgeously creamy and slick lather easily whip-up...
This inaugural shave with the razor shows why eBay shave-ready razors are most of the time incorrect...to me as least. After barely 1 pass, change to ZY430 to complete 3passes for a sas+ result. Red Imp has a date with an Ozuku soon.

Awesome lather from the soap. Love the scent, icy sensation & most of all, the creamy & slick lather...
Shave with this razor was enjoyable. I am liking very much the weighty feel of this near wedge razor. Edge feels smooth and comfortable but still unable to get the targeted efficiency. 3passes without any issues for a ccs to sas result. Aftershaves were awesome too.

The brush, loaned to me by a very generous friend, worked very well with the hard soap. It loaded easily and made excellent lather. Its backbone and flow-through felt medium, similar to an early Paladin or an M&F, and the hair tips were extremely soft, with none of the scritch I am used to feeling with my vintage Rooneys.

Good morning Cadre!

Went back to Saponificio Varesino for today's shave. "Dolomiti" this time and as always, it provided a fantastic shave. In fact, I've had fantastic shaves all week. The Cadre's artisans and hobbyists are all indeed at the top of their game! Cheers!
