Floris Elite shaving soap (tallow). Its ingredient list has never included menthol, as far as I know, but the lather has a slight menthol-like cooling effect.

Eufros Fougère shaving soap. In the tub it smells a bit like hot roof tar, similar to Martin de Candre, but when lathered it becomes quite nice.
