Now that the weather is warming up around here in the Puget Sound Area. I'm starting to change up my soaps and creams.
I acquired some AoS Peppermint cream. First shave with it. This cream smells good. I like minty scents. Lathers up quick and easily. Has good slickness too. Provides ok cushion and post shave feel.
Ralph Lauren Safari shaving soap (tallow). A treasure. I don't know who actually made the soap, but its lathering qualities make me think it might have been the same maker as the vintage Floris soaps. And unlike many other vintage soaps, this one maintains its scent well despite its age.
