It had some sort of a brass handle that looked like a cart of some sort slid onto it, but I've never seen one like that. Looks a little better with a tech hanging on it though haha.

That brass razor is a clone of a Gillette Trac II, and you can still buy the Trac II carts. It's a 2 bladed, non pivoting cart. It's my Go-To razor for travel, when I can't take a DE. Since it doesn't pivot, it's similar in use to DE. I have the Barbershop version of it on my display rack.
