These are both brand new Paladins. The Ichabod on the left hadn't been used yet. The Beehive on the right had only been used once, and you can see it's already opened up.

Me too, it might be my favorite brush. I was also a little unsure of the new matte finish, but in hand it's fantastic. Almost has an ebonite feeling to it.
