Well, at services anyway. I try to totally not look like a custodian then.

Helena got me some squat shoes for Christmas. Wow this is the first pair I’ve had and they make a huge difference.

I use them for squats and lunges, yes. They make you feel very stable and because of the heel lift make it way easier on my knees.

My Thorogood weekend wear boots. Old school unlined. American made. Boots remind me a lot of my first pair of combat boots. Those were made by Beta shoe company.
