It's been a couple of weeks since I've ran. Between the holidays and the cold weather, my motivation for getting out on pre-dawn runs wanes. From the looks of the dog curled up on the couch each morning, I'm pretty sure he didn't mind. But if I don't run, I grow, so out I go. My usual ~4 mile loop with Koda. He runs on a hands-free leash that attaches to a belt on my waste. I rarely even have to touch the leash, he just motors at my side, looking for rabbits, deer, etc. Nice run, good to be back out there. A warm shower and shave will feel great, I'm sure.
