The Deets-
So ... I just realized that I didn’t post my shave yesterday. I used the same kit both days, so we’ll knock this out with one post. The Zenith was added back into the rotation for these shaves. It has been resting in the “got to go” box because this is another love/hate brush. This one has thin soft bristles, but it feels thin. And this thing splays like nobody’s business. I like the aluminum handle, so I may reknot it with a TGN knot. I have a WhippedDog and Shave Forge, so I could round it out with a TGN.

Great shaves the last couple of days. This JNat edge is just rocking along and I may use it all week. Well ... I think that’s it for now. Life is good!

Back to the Gaelic Tweed today, trying to finish this one off. The darkness of the tin is starting to show in the center, so the doughnut should be coming in the next few days. I didn’t grab the Zenith today, I am just not digging the knot. But I’m not sure if I will re-knot or just get another brush. Guess we’ll have to wait and see where we land. A good shave to start the day. I did miss a bit of cleanup, so we will call it DFS for the win! Life is good!

Hail like that = meteor.

That Jnat edge seems to be showing some longevity. I need to get back to the stones before I lose my touch.

Texas hail don’t play.

The edge is holding up nicely. The last razor of yours had the best shave longevity. Keep it up!

Just seemed like a good day for a sample and kit change up. On deck today was a sample from Ken and the soap is Grecian Horse. I’ve tried this sample before and I dig the scent. I don’t know what it is, but it smells familiar. This one will probably end up as a purchase. A very nice shave was also had. Life is good!

A very nice shave today. I grabbed the Black Diamond, which was gifted to me by our friend in Kentucky. I wasn’t sure what scent I wanted today, so I went old school and it didn’t disappoint. Three smooth passes and I am BBS for the win! The Avon Everest finished up nicely, I dig that scent. Life is good!
