No kids screaming to open presents, so a late morning shave. Grabbed the Piacenza because reasons. A 30 second load time and it whipped up a lot of great smelling lather.

40 laps on leather for the Henckels and it was go time. I went with my standard three passes of WTG. XTG and ATG and have no drama to repor. An outstanding shave! It was indeed. Focused on the various aspects of the shave, really enjoying it and I am BBS for the win!

Wrapped everything up with a splash of water and a drip dry. A healthy splash of the AS and everything was right as rain. Yes. A great shave and I smell awesome. Life is good!

Home Front-
It’s just the missus and me today, we ended up doing Christmas last night to get everyone together. Bigger, split family coordination stuff. Should be a nice relaxing day just enjoying the 70+ degree weather. Whether or not you celebrate a holiday today, I hope you have a great day!

Late morning shave ... you know it. A 30 second load time and I got to it. Not sure why, but this brush wanted to eat lather today. Still had plenty to work with for three passes and a post shave lather.

40 laps on leather and it was go time. I went with my standard three passes of WTG. XTG and ATG and have no drama to repor. A very nice shave! Nice and smooth and I am BBS for the win! Today I really noticed the rose scent in the soap.

Wrapped everything up with a splash of water and a drip dry. A healthy splash of the AS and everything was right as rain. Didn’t have the matching splash for this, so I hit it with the Florida Water. That’s the ticket right there. Life is good!

Home Front-
Probably just working on honey-do’s around the house today

Oiled my strop last night and put a couple of razors on the SB. May hit the SB a bit more today. Also cleaning up some AS bottles to repurpose.

Late morning shave again today. I am going to miss these next week. Anyway, I kept the hardware and swapped out the software. Started with a 30 second load time, but my brush was wetter than I thought. Lots of bubbles, but it soon settled down. It whipped up a lot and really nice lather.

20 laps on cotton and 40 on leather, just because. I went with my standard three passes of WTG,XTG and ATG with no drama to report. An excellent shave and I am BBS for the win! That’s it right there. Man that was a good shave.

Wrapped everything up with a splash of water and a drip dry. Then a heavy splash ofthe AS and everything was right as rain. Man, I dig the Clint AS. That was a excellent shave. Life is good!
