"Like BarberDave… I make my own fun”
I was born and raised in Tennessee; after living elsewhere for 30 years,I returned , 6 years ago, and am still settling on the idea. But person-to-person, which is real life, the people here are very friendly, and want to be moral and fair. They will go to great lengths of personal sacrifice to help someone in need. The thousands of Churches, regardless of Creed, will spring to action at a moment's notice. As one drives by, people smile and wave. The firefighters, who train extensively for their jobs, do so largely at their own expense, and are not paid for their jobs. That spirit is common, and living with it can inspire. On the scale of personal interaction, and for their deep desire to help, I can say that it is a good and safe place to live. If I can be a resource, please feel free to PM me .My wife took a few months to settle on the idea that our daughter had moved to Tennessee. I find that facetime solves most of the problems. And chocolate.
