Nurse Dave's Journal

Have you ever seen the british tv show Doc Martin? He handles Ganglion cysts with a blow to the wrist administered by a book. Here's hoping your doctor uses a less abusive method.

Sounds effective but with long term risks.

That Taylor Sheridan sure seems like a Tool, but he can throw together a heck of a show. We're current on 1923 so started binging Tulsa King. Like that one too.

Pretty decent weekend. Saturday I had an interview with a Make-A-Wish kid and for dinner we went to a Japanese place where you sit on pillows on the ground. Luckily they had the pit under the table for those of us that would need ibuprofen if we had to sit cross-legged through a meal. They serve tiny skewers that are cooked over charcoal and over-priced, but they did have my favorite sake. Sunday we were up and out earlish to go to Filoli for member’s hour. My wife wanted to go since the tulips weren’t up last time we went. Then I got to spend some time on the deck in beautiful weather.
