I will have to measure it tomorrow but it looks a little thicker than the original but not much....
Cool. Should keep you from having to spend to much time sanding them down so they aren't overly thick. that can be one of the least fun parts of making a set of scales.

and to Shawn's point, if it doesn't have much flex you probably want to go with a spacer instead of a wedge.
