Man, haven’t really put in a run in over half a month, beyond the couple mile treads incorporated into my HIIT workouts.

Got hit with a second wave of illness just before the weekend. Today was probably too soon to try. I was so exhausted my face was cramping up lol. Oh well.

Frustrating run today. Felt like I started with zero energy and moved like a slug the whole time. Never really felt like I got over that block, though I was expecting a bit better at least from last week; same route and all. Folks say this exhaustion could last a while. I hope not.

Tough OT workout last night but it allowed me to put in an extra 2.5 miles on the tread so I could finish my Marathon Month goal early. Half Marathon mileage completed! Any more miles I get the rest of the month are just icing on the cake.

I’m afraid I must inform you that electric bikes are a gateway to those infamous and dangerous motorcycle gangs, much like one hit of weed leads to insanity, debauchery, and heroin (please see the 1936 documentary “Reefer Madness”).

Could you enlighten me on how you do this? I'm not sure how to combine my three nearly empty tubs into a clown puke tub. Teach me, oh Wise One.

If you don’t already have an empty tub waiting for the purpose, pick your favorite shaped one out of the 3. I use my finger to just scoop out the tubs I’m emptying and mash it (or layer it; I like to mix it all up) into the tub I chose until it’s all transferred. Then I even it all out and leave it sitting out for a day or two with the cap off to set up a bit.
