The iconic answer to "What's cooler than cool?"
comes from OutKast's song "Hey Ya!": "Ice Cold!". It's a hyperbolic, catchy phrase used to emphasize something is extremely cool or exceptional, often followed by cheering.

Tough OT workout last night. It included the 1000m benchmark row. I did PR by 6 seconds…but that was rough.
