Welp…we made the adjacent shuffle to the hotel yesterday, after a long work day. Up a bit early this morning to hopefully get back on track with Marathon training. Then I have to try an at least get some laundry done. WiFi at the hotel is 💩…so looks like gaming is out unfortunately. I’ll spend the extra minutes watching a show or something I guess.

Speaking of shows…I finally finished Last Kingdom, including the movie-final episode. I knew I had started watching in part because we had actually visited the historical site on our trip to the UK…but I guess I forgot in the midst of watching it. It dawned on me again as it showed the modern site in the final movie credits. So neat!

Destiny is all!

Training runs have been a bit lagging the last two weeks due to the holiday and travel. I’ve at least kept up with the gym twice a week though, getting shorter tread runs.

Got in a training run just now. Should slowly increase I think, an extra mile a week from here out.

That big old house looks mighty drafty. And no garage?! Look how far you’d have to walk bringing in the groceries! Pass. 👎

Well…no news is good news, hopefully. Should be able to be back in the house by tomorrow and get on with life. So just one more pack up tonight at the hotel so we can be out the door in the morning in time to get the kids to school and do some work.

Finally got a bit of downtime yesterday to mindlessly spread managed democracy in Helldivers 2. Hoping for more of the same today after church.
