OT workout…survived. Wife’s company holiday party…survived. Waking up this morning…survived. We’re starting off on a roll!
Great shave this morning. Pretty much the usual suspects. Finished up with some darker citrus and spiced woodsy scents.
A handful of new admits I need to take care of today. Should be busy!

Oh man, it’s Friday! Feeling a bit tired this morning…well a bit more than usual anyway.
Great shave this morning. Last for this run of the Vector. I’ll switch it up for something else tomorrow. Tried a new AS I got for my birthday, Brooklyn Grooming’s Anchor. Kind of a neat packaging vibe, going for old school visual design a bit like Moon Soaps or Holy Black. Product itself? Seems to be fine. Lightly scented witch hazel based AS. Finished off with DH 2020.

Oh man, it’s Friday! Feeling a bit tired this morning…well a bit more than usual anyway.

Gear: Eversharp Hydromagic, generic Personna blade, Trotter Handcrafts Taurus A brush, CBL Fresh Vetiver soap, homemade witch hazel/aloe, Nivea Sensitive AS Balm, Barbasol Pacific Rush AS, and Dior Sauvage EDT to finish!
Fairly typical Saturday in progress except for the missus being out and working, showing a bunch of homes in the area. Little bit of a sleep in, OT workout, professional coffee and goodies, then back to start chores.
Pretty good shave today between laundry loads. Brought out the Hydromagic for the first time. I’ve had it a while but hadn’t used it yet. Loaded it up with a blade from an unmarked white injector cartridge of questionable heritage…probably a generic Personna I’m guessing. Got a couple little nicks, but I blame the blade more than the razor. Compared to the injector gold standard that is the Schick M Adjustable? Probably approximately on par with a higher setting of maybe 6-8, but still seems very smooth and efficient. I like it!

Great shave at least! Cold and cloudy now, but it’s supposed to get up to 70 later today, so I went for some lighter and more sporty scents.
Watched the Dial of Destiny last night with the kids, now that it’s out on Disney+. Great last hurrah for Indy! They even left it a little open if they chose to do something new later on down the road. Ford did a pretty decent job, though I do have to say, I’m glad he’s hanging up the hat and whip on a high note. It was time IMO.
Off to my hospice adventures for the day! Happy Monday all!

Great shave this morning! The edge in this blade has definitely calmed a bit. Decided I needed a little Tuesday pick-me-up…so I reached for some favorites. I keep trying to get out of the mindset of saving my favorite scents and into the mindset of enjoying them. It’s hard!
IDT this morning to kick off the work day, then most of the shift will be spent at the EOL facility.
