Shave #345 (500 Open Blade Shaves) of 2021:

Gear: Blackland Vector, Feather Pro blade, TH Taurus A synth brush, CBL Sir Fougere soap, homemade witch hazel/aloe mix, Irisch Moos AS, and D&G Light Blue EDT to finish!

Late day cleanup and shave. Post workout and breakfast date and last minute Christmas shopping and all that. It was a pretty dang good one (the shave)! Bit of a mish mosh of scents…but topping off with Light Blue really hit the spot for some reason today!

Taking care of the usual Saturday chores now.

Shave #346 (500 Open Blade Shaves) of 2021:

Gear: Blackland Vector, Feather Pro blade, RR Big Bruce synth brush, Moon Soaps Amaretto soap, homemade witch hazel/aloe mix, CF Sherlock AS, and Lalique Encre Noire to finish!

Not a whole lot for the Vector to shave this morning…but I’ll be darned if I didn’t go through the motions anyway! Anything that was trying to grow duly had its efforts cut short with a stroke. That’ll teach em!

Finished all the chores yesterday, so thankfully there’s nothing left today to worry about today, which is nice!

Church this morning with a nice warm cup of local coffee…then we’ll see where the day takes us!

Ah the Monday before Christmas…4 day work week ahead! Hope I don’t slack too much 😂 lots to do!

Good shave this morning! Minimal growth but I went through the motions again anyway. This tub of CBL Steel Grey Fougere will likely be the next soap on its way out. Not sure what my alternate soap is going to be yet. Continuing to plug away at my frag samples too. I’m amazed at some “frag heads”…I’ve seen folks use like 7-14 full pump sprays for a day’s outing! Ridiculous!

Sadly no, still having our meetings. Things move surprisingly quickly most times on this end of the medical spectrum. 😵
 
Shave #348 (500 Open Blade Shaves) of 2021:

Gear: Blackland Vector, Feather Pro blade, Stirling 2-band synth brush, CBL Sir Fougere soap, homemade witch hazel/aloe mix, Sir Irisch Moos, and Bottega Veneta Illusione to finish!

Looks like a 3017 of two fougeres it is! One a little more slate-ish, the other a classic, light green. Decided to go for the classic Moos profile today. Great, smooth passes, topped off by the very nice BV Illusione!

Busy day yesterday at work as well as home. Stayed up way too late getting the bulk of the Christmas wrapping done.

3 days and counting till the long weekend!
