Shave #54 (400 Open Blade Shaves) of 2020:
Gear: Gillette Pre-war Tech, Feather blade, Yaqi SF synth brush, CBL Money tonsorial soap, generic witch hazel/ Thayer’s Medicated blend, homemade witch hazel/aloe blend, and ADG Absolu Instinct to finish!
Whirlwind of a day yesterday. A good bit of frustration as there was very little planning in getting around, meeting up, and getting settled in at the rental. As they will though, things worked themselves out eventually and we finally got some kick back time in the later afternoon.
Sleep was a little elusive, being in a new, strange place, but I got enough. Hoping to hear some plans for the day being formed. I hear something about Diamondhead being thrown around (it’s only about 5 miles from the house), but we’ll see what happens.
Only going to post a few picture updates here n there throughout the week. I’ll save the bulk for a video for any interested.

The Dole Plantation, or whatever it's called, is pretty interesting. Nice drive there, too.
