Another New Blade Day and the BIG 70.

Shave Quality
It was a decent shave, but a little rough again. BBS in two passes, but I am still irritated 7 hours later. I am not sure if it is blade or razor... or me.

Gear
I am going to have to play around with the Elios and the Fatip. I am not sure which is causing me problems.

Other Thoughts
I have had better Wednesdays, but I have also had much, much worse ones.

On the weight thing...yes Keto and IF definitely work! I play around with what I do dietary from time to time to see if something works better for me than other stuff. But in the end...I lost 70 pounds on Keto and for the most part was able to keep it off even when I went off Keto! Keto might not be the best way of eating for everyone...but for me...I never felt better!

If you have any questions, there are a few of us that are either on Keto right now, or have been on it in the past. I was on Keto for about a year...then I went a Paleo-ish rout for a while. Just started back on Keto again. Let me know if you have questions!

Shave Quality
The shaves have been good so far. I regret the goo shave on Tuesday, but it was necessary since I was in a hurry to get to a meeting. Today's shave was a little rough, but my navy blue handle G-Type has always been rough and aggressive. It still gave me an amazing BBS, just with a couple of weepers and a little residual irritation that is fast disappearing.

Gear
I love my Injectors. Had I discovered them before getting into DEs, I may never have gone any further. They are some of the most efficient and comfortable shavers that I have encountered. The do lack the variety of DEs, however.

Other Thoughts
I ordered some Schick Proline B-20 blades. I can't wait to give them a try. I hope they get here soon.

Now, that's not completely true. I have been changing up my hardware over those 75 shaves. That counts for something, right?

Hardware variety is more interesting to me than software variety. I am not sure I could stay with exactly the same razor/brush/blade set for more than a couple of days. That would probably drive me nuts.

Also, it won't make it to 100. I am fairly sure it will make it past 80, but I am not sure if it will make it to 90.

I'm just the opposite. I like consistency in hardware, but enjoy new software. Of course, I 3017 soaps and AS. Enjoy your shaves, Doug. :)

I enjoy new things and the acquisition of them, but I do really enjoy staying with the same soap and AS until they are gone. Emptying a container is a really fulfilling experience.
