So today I reached way in the back for a blade. I grabbed a blade I haven't used in a long time, at least to my recollection. I am now left with the belief that I can get a good shave from pretty much any blade in my den, because my technique has gotten better. I am itching to use my Feather Straight so after I get a few shaves off of that, I am going to visit "bad" blades Derby, Merkur, and Shark. I want to see what happens.
So the Amici soap has to be the cheapest artisan soap on the market. $2.99 from Razorock under their Italian Barber brand name. It is a good soap and the scent is really nice. I have bought a few of these pucks and gifted to friends. I finished with Endymion to have the shave reach both ends of the cost spectrum and I am ready for the day.

Well nothing crazy to report. I enjoyed the Jazz game last night watching them beat the Rockets. A lot of somberness around the state after there was a shooting the other day at the University of Utah and a track and field star was killed. The whole story is honestly horrible. The fact she was on the phone talking to her mom when it happened. Then the scum bag committed suicide. Yesterday pretty much EVERY University/college in the state of Utah wore red for the Utes. Even their rival BYU it was great show of class by the rivals throughout the state and shows life is more important than sports. If you haven't read the story I recommend Google and grab some tissues the whole story is pretty sad. Anyways sorry to bring it down around here but it is on my mind. Anyways have a good day Cadre!
