CBL Premium Shave Soap - Anouncments

Hey, he needs enough soap to pair with all his AS in case he lives to 217

I guess KJ likes the Roasted Oatmeal Stout!
It's my new favorite soap scent. And it's the first "favorite" I've ever had, that I could honestly be happy with if that was the only soap I had. I would never tire of using this scent. And since it's limited, I had to stock up.

That is COOL. Glad for you to find "THAT" one

Wow, you guys jumped right in. Josh found the new stuff before I had announced it all here so he gets the prize for internet stalking.
All orders place through 7 am have been filled and are at the PO now. I really enjoy this latest batch of scents, you are in for a treat. I’m pretty sure dragons blood will be an occasional or limited offering though. The scent seems to trigger the wife’s migraines...unless it’s ALL of the new scents in one weekend that does it.

Thanks again guys for being so supportive of my efforts.

Chris is "The Bomb" as he straightened out my mistake and got the Brush Cleaner Soap added to my order for me!!!

I took 1 last look at the site before heading to bed last night and it was just posted available. To say I was stoked is an understatement!!!!

I love the Cigar Shop scents, they are what I've been dying to find. The cowboy has a punch of leather and gunpowder that is really enhanced by the cigar shop notes. The closest thing to the cigar shop scent I've found was the H&V Cognac and Cubans. Mine it a whole lot less sweet but has a similar vibe. I think you will enjoy these (I am also interested in what @nursdave thinks of these scents)

I'm very curious too. I LOVE the smell of tobacco and cigars, so I'm anxious to find out if these default to the honey smell I get from every other tobacco soap.

The good news is I detect very little sweetness by comparison but your nose is way more refined than mine. I had played with another formulation that was pleasing and a little "softer" or nuanced but i like the sharper notes these versions have.

I know it is kinda cliche at this point, since like every soap maker has one, but are you going to do a straight-up "barbershop" scent, or is the Cowgirl as close as you want to get?

I've not found a "barbershop" scent I like enough to add to the line-up. I have 4 tubs of Bay Rum sitting in the labs right now, not a bad rendition but to my nose it smells more like a spice bread then a bay rum. The problem I have with all the pre-made barbershop scents is that they are SO powdery, no real scent to appreciate.

I have made a Jeris scented soap but I am not sure if that is one I want to keep making. IF I am going to go to the trouble I will probably make a run of Clubman scented.

I love Clubman!
