Bingo Game #66 - Anatomy Bingo

My extensive research says there is no medical term for that glorious location on the female anatomy.

Call #55

Muscles are named for a few things
1) Where they are
2) What they do
3) What shape they have

This one is named for where it can be found, above an osseous structure

I know a patient who is a former basketball player who has it out for Tommy John because he had this body part reconstructed before T.J. and is pissed that he doesn’t get the credit of having the reconstruction surgery named after him.

Next call is structure labeled “4” in the above ultrasound. When compressed it causes carpal tunnel syndrome

A true medical emergency whenever we encounter this disease due to the possibility of losing the airway at any moment.

Thankfully we see much less of this now that Haemophilus Influenza type B vaccines are now widely used!

Your call is the name of the inflamed structure.

Ok 20th call for the day is Ileum. The last of your small intestine. Not the similarly named pelvic bone.

As a reminder

I will not be making calls tomorrow, this Wizard takes Thanksgiving off to watch the parade, football, eat, and spend time with family.

Our game will recommence (and end) on Black Friday

My tactic is to just go ahead and fill in my skull and strategically call bingo.
