Over the last few years BBQ ribs have been a tradition on Independence day

Rubbed this rack up last night and it is now in the smoker.

Took them out around the 2hr and have brushed them with Apple pie drink, cayenne pepper sauce. Put a layer of light brown sugar on them with another dusting of BBQ rub.

Then put some pads of butter on the foil with more apple pie drink and some clover honey. Foiled them up and they are now back in the smoker for another 2hrs.
