I have a recipe that I call Poorer Man's Burnt Ends. I use all beef hotdogs and put them in the smoker. It is a big hit!

Angus brisket/chuck mix. Pulled at 135°F with a beautiful crust off cast iron on the hottest of flames. S&P&Sumac on the crust, topped with 2 thick steamed hot pastrami slices, grilled mushroom slices, sheeps cheese with truffles, red onion, beefsteak tomato slice, spicy mustard, toasted brioche bun.
And hot out of the oven steak fries (parboiled, then Roasted at 475 for 45 mins.
The only thing i was missing was a cold pint. I just went with a spiced G&T.
I love asparagus done on the grill. Nice!It got down to the low 60s last night maybe even the high 50s.
