Bay Rum Comparison

Mike's is what I'd call a traditional Bay Rum. A dry bay rum similar to Captain's Choice and that family.
I haven't tried LongRifle, but sounds good to me! When you say "spicey" are you meaning like cinnamon and such in the mix? VIBR spicy?
The spicy I am thinking is more the natural Pimenta Racemosa more than added cinnamon and clove. I like the VIBR scent but the Superior 70 is more in line with a true Bay rum on my mind.

I’m not a big bay rum fan, but I thoroughly enjoyed CO Bigelow’s Bay Rum ASB. The scent was great and the AS itself had a spicy warmth to it.

Quickly browsed this thread but I didn't see any reference.. anyone have an opinion on Chiseled Face Bay Rum? I was a big fan of Oglalla, but it irritated my face. I also love the rum-esque scent of The Soloist. Wondering how this would match to my tastes. Anyone have any insight?

Thanks!

Never used Chisled but I recommend trying Superior 70as a baseline.

Thanks. I don't use scented AS... Only soaps. I thought CF might be befitting of my tastes (hopefully without the ouch I get from Ogallala). Without seeing any detailed description, I'm hesitant.

RazoRock Black Bay is my favourite Bay Rum scent. No clove in it. Just so good.

What's AA? Is it spicy / clove-y?

I don't want a noticable scent...

Hmm, maybe I'll grab a sample if I decide to pick up another stubble buster soap. Hate to waste the money, as this dosen't seem like one tried by many. Might be my safest bet.
