Bath soap of the week....

Can anyone recommend a good exfoliating soap? And I'm not referring to Dr. Squatch. That stuff is no good. Never had a bar of soap disappear so fast....its like it evaporated over night. I'm looking for a replacement to one that seems harder and harder to find.

What kind are you looking for exactly. You want the kind that has grit to scrub exfoliate or you want a pore opening chemical/ plant based exfoliant

@heysi I have a spare bar of Duke Cannon heavy grit pumice soap in my collection I could recommend and send.

But that's for like, laborers, it's a deep, deep scrub. Not a normal day of work and chores kinda soap. Unless you really like that sorta deep scrubbing action...

Got a free bar of the SV soap included in an order once in the Goat Milk, which was nice and lasted forever.

I'm looking for a medium grit. I don't need the heavy duty cheese grater quality.

Um.....those are not cheap. I'm already getting side eye for the $10 bar of soap.......I'd get the hand on the hip reaction for that price.

Yeah. Didn’t see the price. As I said, I got a bar free in some promotion they were running. Maybe a BarberDave code could get them into your price range?

Well @heysi my Offer stands. I'm willing to PIF my spare bar, which is an older one from Duke where they had thick, heavy bars and all natural essential oils. The new version called heavy grit, which probably isn't all that strong, seems a little smaller and easier to use and may use stronger, less than natural oils

Or I could send you their scrub pouch and force you to use only them... just kidding, but the pouch is nice

I'd like to mention I did use this 5 days ago and it practically evaporated. I forgot to post it here. Smells pretty nice if I may add! It smells like straight up bay rum, skipping the cloves that usually dominate bay rum scents. Reminds me of Duke Cannon's Bay Rum which added Citrus Musk instead of Clove as well...1000005297.jpg

Also, while I'm here, does anyone know of and can recommend a soap that smells like Irish Springs but of higher/artisanal quality? I love the smell but the soap dries out my skin, so I'm forced to not use it often because I'll break out.
