An aviation themed shaved today for my last day in the shop with Hoffman’s dog fight a very nice but very strong fragrance from the soap all the way to the EdP
The Fili 13 on removal duty and the Sorentino Barzini on latter building. Hoffman lathers easily very nice sickness and glide make for a really nice shave of a straight razor.
Three passes DSBBS and looking forward to the weekend

Crazy weather severe thunderstorms to the north of us tornadoes in Phoenix and snow in Flagstaff. We are definitely at that transitional phase.

We are back at it with the requested SV products on YT. Another great shave made even more special with the HDH in purple.. Lime, Lemon, Lavender, along with woods and Vetiver, how could the shave be bad

We continue the SV Series today with Desert Vetiver and the Black Beauty ( thanks to Ed and Sam) Although very linear in scent to me this set has more notes than any other SV Scent. to me it is just straight up Vetiver..... Look at all these notes!

09.30.2025 - SV Series Dolomiti
a nice Str8 shave today with the Dolomiti, probably the 2nd favorite to the 70th. Very Spicy, peppery with Lemon,sage, pepper and more. Signori Galilei provided a great removal of whiskers for DSBBS followed by the AS for a great Tuesday Shave

Wanted to start the month on a retro note with CBL Barba, TSC Annv brush, AV and an Argentinian Travel tech
The razors is very mild but still provided a very nice DSBBS shave finished off with CBL witch hazel and Duke Seneca EdT
Have a great day folks and a good start till October and PSA stay away from pumpkin spice

It is Darwin Friday and a great way to start the weekend even though I have to work tomorrow
The Darwin, shaved soap and after shave or a wonderful lavender lemon mash that is fantastic
Fairly decent weather nothing to ride home about and of course the Darwin razor is probably one of the most aggressive razors in my open comb lineup. Somewhere between the aristocrat number 15 and an FATIP if the angles are off, it can be very harsh, but otherwise it’s a great razor.
DSBBS was the order of the day and feeling a little bit of British racing sports car club was the EDP

Baseball, shaves, haircuts and the Barbershop. What a perfect way to end the week. Baseball on the tube all day. YES!

A very nice finish to the SV series over the last 3-weeks. Morado was the soap, and sadly I do not have the AS or EdP, however, the Wild Mint and Daytona were good stand ins and matched the soap fragrance very well. 3-passes with Leonardo and DSBBS. A Zoom call soon and a lazy Sunday with Beautiful Temps

Well a bunch of shop maintenance today, sheer sharpening, and of course Barber errand day. So…. was not going to shave today, but felt like a hobo, so after the deep clean, and while waiting for my sheers to be sharpened to razor like sharpness, i decided, why not? I will shave st the shop woth tje hot lather machine
It was very quick and nice the shop Tedalus did a good job with the mg pro guard blade. Finished with clubman talc Gillette aftershave gel and a splash of Hombres Barbershop Doc Holiday
A nice start to a busy off day
