11.26.2023 - "Hangs Head in Hobo Shame"

A very rare skipped shave . Was up very to continue the Flinstone Rock journey yesterday and after about 10 hours non stop the driveway project is complete. Still have about a 1/2 ton of river rock to move after lining the driveway and creating trea rings for most of the front yard trees. PLenty of left over for back yard and any other trees @AvocadoQueen decides to plant in the "Front Yard Microclimate Rain Forest" that is shaping up nicely and will be a nice respite area in the summer Months, plus giving us a bounty of Fruits and "berries."

Took an evening extremely hot shower to shed the dirt, rock dust and muck and ate a little bit of dinner, and promtly passed out in front of the TV.. Oh Well it was the hobo life for me last night, LOL.

Woke up this morning and instantly regretted not shaving. That will be rectified!!

Have a Good Monday Folks

Thankfully, my purgatory in Hoboville is over and today's shave was fantastic with the Tradere. Sea and Rockrose with an hint of smoky peat was the perfect way to climb out of not shaving for a day. DSBBS and all set for a day Sushi, shopping for trees and just relaxing.

Hope everyone has a great Monday.

Green was the theme and all good. Even dug out the “whaaapaaah” aftershave. Finally put the finishing touches on “Phase-One” of projects slated. Christmas decorations next weekend as I am back to the shop until the 21st of December then off till after the new year

Then more projects, and I have a funny feeling the @AvocadoQueen may be planning a vineyard, or a grove of something sustainable and for consumption in a section of the property. Yay! More rocks, digging and such. At what point does a garden ( which we already have ) become a grove? I’m a little skeered!

Anyway pics of the driveway, carport, lighting project done over Thanksgiving

Another zero dark 30 shave, something easy and quick and Proraso cream always delivers. Easy to face lather or bowl lather. Chose the ladder of the two today in my captains choice bowl and three passes with the vector.

Finished with the Proraso green aftershave, and then followed by the Ferrari radiant Bergamot Fragrance. Talc of course and off the shop

This time of year it’s always fantastic because I drive into the sunrise over the mountains and it’s just beautiful

Hope everybody has a wonderful day

Early, rainy, cold morning to start the day, but it is nice to look up at the mountains covered in the 1st snow of the year.

Had not used the T&H in a bit so it was nice. Typical, however, as a British hard soap it can be a bit finicky. Today it behaved and the Osprey continues to impress

No EdT today as the 1805 aftershave is strong enough to do double duty

Hope you have a nice day

Just down the hill, and south of the ranch is a small town called Oro Valley. It’s a beautiful location surrounded by the ragged 7000 foot peaks of Pusche Ridge, and the tortilla mountains to the north. It’s also where Mandy and Rod from Stirling were married. The fragrance is taking all the desert plants and cactuses and their flowers and mixing them together just an absolute beautiful fragrance.

Very nice three past shave with the feather. It is finally my Friday and looking forward to our Sunday zoom call coming this weekend.

Hope everybody is enjoying their weekend so far and have a great day
