Well, it’s my Friday, it’s the end of meteorological summer, which is a joke in Arizona.
Sadly Jimmy Buffett passed away and being a parrot head. His music was something that’ll always put a smile on your face, so I figured why not use the west Indies lime, to shave on Island time
Great shave with the president. Three passes in DSBBS followed by the wonderful lime sense as we bid adieu to summer and to Jimmy Buffett.

Back to the shop today, and while digging through the soap locker, found this little gem that I have not shaved with for a pretty long time
RR is the “budget” Italian product, but the price does not equate to poor performance. Quite the opposite. A very nice soap, strong as and a wonderful fragrance that is Bergamot forward.
Add to that the Quinn’s pink grapefruit and orange, as well as the Ferrari Radiant Bergamot as a frag and it is nice to start the day
Of course, the Vector needs not accolades. It is simply the best

This combo is such a throwback to true barbershop scents of Lavender, talc, and citrus. The only thing that would make it better is a true Darwin razor to be all “Matchy-Matchy”.
The Darwin soap and aftershave screams lemon and lavender and does a fantastic job for a French hard soap and aftershave. In the realm of PdP the puck does not seem to reduce at all. Rick creamy lather and good slickness and glide make for a nice start to the day
Finished up with Yardley and more of a green racing fragrance in the Sports Car Club. Still shares that wonderfully nice Lavender with a fougere kick

Happy Saturday ( my Friday @heysi ) and a nice pre-dawn shave. It getting that time of year when I get to see the sunrise every morning over and around the Catalina Mountain while I head the 6 miles up the hill to my shop. That with a good cup of coffee, sets the day and welcomes the day as well
But what starts it. A quiet house and good shave products. For anyone new reading this “what the Hell is Clown Puke?” Well it is all the shavings or remnants of soap at the bottom of the tub. You collect those as time goes on, press them into a new tub and a new creation is made.
May times this takes the best soaps, best performance, and best fragrances, and lets the dance and become intimate. Also many time you literally end up with a most wonderful, magical creation. Such is the case with the TSC. This was an auction put on by @NurseDave and I was lucky to win. I have the list somewhere of how many soaps make this tub up. If I remember it is over 20.
To try to describe the scent is pointless, however it pairs with everything and performance is off tje chart. That coupled with the Blackbird, makes for a perfect shave to end my super busy week at the shop

All about memories both good, and not so good, and my emotional connection to Pan Am Airlines ( more Deets in today's Video ) Took the Fili to the stones for a complete progression , minus bevel set and Boy-Howdy was she sharp, almost to the point of being able to cut air. I don't get to many touchdowns when Str8 shaving, however had 3 weepers today. I had been using a bit too much pressure and BOOM. Even with that it was a great shave with the Pan American Airways Theme. Noble Otter's Logbook is in the Wheelhouse of Aventus, but surely it's own Fragrance by far.
