That's a cool bottle it comes in, how does it compare to the modern US version?
Far better than the P&G version IMO. Deeper, richer and focused more on spice than powder.

L'Occitane Cade AS balm
Normally I don't post past shaves. But look! There's something different! I tried a balm that was in my stocking. Just a few little dabs on each side. It was nice a smooth. It has a lotiony scent, which is not something I dig, but it wasn't that strong so no biggie. My face felt super hydrated all day. But I couldn't figure out if it wasn't totally soaked it or just super hydrated. But I did feel soft all day. I might reserve this to use after rough shaves.
