First shave with the GSB done. Was BBS, no issues. It hasn't given up yet.

Second shave with the Bic SP this morning and as expected, smoother than yesterday and a wonderful shave. I often find that it takes a shave or two to get a blade to really sing for me.

Same. The blades always get better after they get a few shaves on them. That’s why I never understand the people who use blades one or twice and then toss them.

3 shaves down with the Personna Platinum (I started a day early so I wouldn't forget!). Matched up with the Tech it's been pretty good so far...well as good as can be expected when matched up with Williams . I haven't had much luck with these blades in the past, but I think I've found a good razor to match them up with. Time will tell...

Second shave with Rapira - staying sharp as expected. The Timeless Aluminum always seems to extend any blades life.

Gillette Nacet (3). Going strong

Treet Black is at 7 because I started a few days early. The blade is performing well.

I am giving it an alcohol bath after every shave to prevent rust. I am palm stropping it every day and giving it the occasional hone.

So far I have only been glass honing, I will pull out some of my other vintage DE hones soon.

The combo of my Personna blade, Mergress on a mild setting, and super slick Williams soap is just magical. It barely even feels like there’s a blade in the razor and I’m getting a 3 pass BBS. It’s crazy how easy and comfortable this is.

Bic SP delivered a wonderful shave loaded up in my Red Tip SS this morning. Feels like each subsequent shave is better than the last!

I agree. Blades seem to get better over time, and then eventually, maybe around a week or so, they level off.

My Club Williams, Rapira and Timeless are going strong. Not the greatest lather but super slick.

4th with the P-30, what a wonderful razor the Razorock Hawk v3ss is, another 2pass bbs ,the shaves are getting better and better with this blade/razor combo
