Great shave this morning. New soap day with the "Blue Moon Bay Rum" from Phoenix Shaving. I've actually had this soap for a while but was doing the Williams challenge so I haven't been able to use it until now. Phenomenal lather and wonderful scent. Kind of a floral, evergreen bay rum. Very nice! Two passes (plus touch-up) with the British Gillette No.58 set and I finished with alum, Quinn's Pink Grapefruit & Orange Rind witch hazel and the matching aftershave lotion & cologne.

Hello everyone! Hope you had a pleasant evening.

Great shave this morning. After a long hiatus, I returned to my vintage Yardley suite of products. Incredibly thick and slick lather built with the Paladin "Somerset" for two passes (plus touch-up) with the '49 Gillette Milord and I finished with alum, Thayers Cucumber witch hazel, vintage Yardley aftershave lotion & talc and Brut Special Reserve.

A fantastic if nondescript shave this morning. Great lather from the Palmolive Classic cream built with the Paladin "El Dorado" for two passes (plus touch-up)with the '59 Gillette Fatboy. Finished up with slum, Thayers Cucumber witch hazel and vintage Palmolive aftershave lotion.
