WOW.. 1st shave with the Paradigm Copper Diamondback, and it is scarily smooth, to the point where it actually feels bladeless, and extremely efficient.. To say that I'm an extremely happy chappie is an understatement.. An outstanding shave.


Shaving.. to be enjoyed, not endured.

Very different angles and feel with the Kami
Small blade length compared to a Straight
But it was effective - One Pass was sufficient for DFS
The Stirling DE aced the clean up
Overall One of My Best Shaves

Phoenix Shaving Doppelgänger Tri Color
Grizzly Bay Brush with a Fanchurian Knot
Shave It Shave Company Razor with a Muhle

Scent Notes: Bergamot, Lemon, Orange, Rosemary, Coriander, Green Notes, Lavender, Cedar, Geranium, Clove, Patchouli, Oakmoss & Tonka Bean

This my friends is a True Wet Shaving Classic Chypre; Fresh, Clean, Woody and Masculine. Spicy where it needs to be and Green enough to justify the name, Irisch Moos or rather, Irish Moss. It's true, this is about moss not some happy go-lucky Gaelic Bullwinkle. I know, I was bummed too after I figured this out but I promise you, this fragrance does more than enough in its power to put a smile on your face and turn more than a few heads!

I can't take full credit for this one however, that goes to my friend Christopher David Bailey! A couple months back he asked in a video that we consider putting Irisch Moos through the Doppelgänger treatment...and so we did! That said, if you love it, I will gladly take full credit for it, if no, remember this was all Bailey. ?IMG_0747.jpeg

Hello everyone! Hope you had a pleasant evening.

Whoa! It's been so long since I last used Martin de Candre I had forgotten how great it was! Phenomenal lather built with the Sorrentino synth for three passes with the British Gillette No.58 set and I finished with alum and Acqua di Parma Colonia aftershave balm.

Hello everyone! Hope you had a pleasant evening.

Great shave this morning. New soap day with the "Blue Moon Bay Rum" from Phoenix Shaving. I've actually had this soap for a while but was doing the Williams challenge so I haven't been able to use it until now. Phenomenal lather and wonderful scent. Kind of a floral, evergreen bay rum. Very nice! Two passes (plus touch-up) with the British Gillette No.58 set and I finished with alum, Quinn's Pink Grapefruit & Orange Rind witch hazel and the matching aftershave lotion & cologne.
