Happy Monday, one and all. Ever notice how some Mondays suck? After years of exhaustive research, the reason why has become clear to me. Some Monday’s have Monday Night Football, and we all recognize that these are “good” Mondays. Unfortunately, most Mondays do NOT yet have MNF, and these are the Mondays that we remember, the “bad” Mondays. Hence, the bad connotation for Mondays. 😇

Sounds like it should be a song. Maybe the title should be "(Tell Me Why) I Don't Like Mondays". 😁😁

My mustache and goatee are white. Depending on the lighting, the hair on my head is white or salt & pepper leaning towards white. I think it's from all my medical issues as I'm only going to be in my early 60s and I went white a couple of years ago.

Hello Cadre. A much needed shave today. I don’t know what to make of these blades. Today’s shave was with three days’ growth. I expected to struggle, but the whiskers came off with nary a tug. Enjoy your shaves!
 
No shave today, though I considered it. Besides, I’ll probably shave tomorrow anyway. But I digress. Today I felt like a character of Don Martin’s in Mad magazine; you know, the answer to the riddle, “How do you know when you’re old?” My dentist let me know this morning.

This shave was yesterday. When I open my journal, it displays the first page with my first entry. It seems that on May 12, 2018, my first day on TSC, I also shaved with a SuperMax Stainless. Cosmic, man!

I went to the ballpark with my youngest son today to watch our ace, 2025 Cy Young winner Paul Skenes, get blasted by the Phillies. To top it off, we had a HR taken away and declared a double due to fan interference. Oh well. 🤷‍♂️

Here’s Skenes today.
