Its called tamale pie. Corn green chiles in a corn massa and of course cheese!
And copious amount of horse radish till you cry and assault the nasal passages LOL

what type of cheeses do you have there? that spread looks delicious and are those pickled garlic?
Marinades garlic yes. Triple cream brie, Cambozola triple cream blue and a petit Basque

which garlic and pickles do you go with?
No idea, just the store stuff. But I'm pretty sure the garlic is the kind you can use on Vampires. Always good to keep in the house.
