I feel like that's a plot line from a movie where our military bases didn't know an attack was coming because a 27 year-old hacker who had be wronged by the government refusing to pay for his aunt's life saving surgery, was hired by a generic middle easten country to break into what he was told was Russian defense systems later to find out it was really the US and quickly, admist empty cans of "Diet Kola" (this is low budget we can't get sponorships) turns his hacking abilities against said generic middle eastern county and a bunch of missles blow up over the ocean and pilots with blackout facemaks lose control of what is clearly just a cockpit moc-up on a sound stange and die presumed deaths with CGI fireballs overlayed onto stock ocean footage withut nary a splash.
