Ramblings of a MilkCrate

My car is six years old and has a couple of blemishes. I'd take a trade-in with the newest bells and whistles. For a few years though I'll enjoy having no car payment. I have yet to hit a deer, though they are everywhere around here. I'm in a woodsy Pittsburgh suburb, but even within the city, because of all of the hills, valleys, and parks, there are numerous deer to watch out for. Hope your insurance covers the cost well for you.

The Process-
It's Hump Day! Happy Wednesday to ya! It was an early morning shave, I am just a bit tardy in logging it. I was running a bit behind this morning, IKR? So I called an audible and switched out some gear for a faster shave. The Slim and the new Sterling synth got the nod today. I also went ahead a loaded a new Wizamet blade. The old blade was still going strong, but I was too lazy to try and go back and count shaves. So I thought I would just start over. Ya know ... reasons. Kept my normal loading routine of a 30 second load and I was using a damp brush. Whipped up a really nice lather that smelled nice. I am starting to like this scent more and more. The new brush was not bad. It was really soft and had good backbone. It also had some splay, but not too much. I had no issues with it and it whipped up and painted lather just fine for me. Initial impressions were good and I'll circle back to it for more testing. There is a notable difference between synth and natural hair brushes.

I went with my standard three passes of WTG, XTG and ATG with no drama to report. An outstanding, easy peasy shave. That Wizamet was smooth and well behaved ... I dig these blades. It leveled the previous growth without a second thought. Did I mention that I am BBS for the win! Man that was an easy BBS. I'll take those all week ... thank you very much. Now that I have a fresh blade loaded, I'm curious about the count. We shall see.

Wrapped everything up with a splash of water and a pat dry. A healthy splash of the AS and everything was right as rain! Oh yeah ... Life is good!
