Shave # 304 ( 357 Consecutive Shaves )
Razor: Gillette Fatboy
Blade: Wizamet Iridium Super (?)
Brush: Stuart Minion w/Maggards Synthetic
Soap: CBL Beta Tonsorial Roasted Oatmeal Stout
Aftershave 1: Humphrey's Citrus
Aftershave 2: Proraso Green

Cold water shave on the picnic table. 3 passes with no muss or fuss. Pressed 1 puck of Roasted Oatmeal Stout into a Stirling tub with no flaking or problem. Great scent and performance. I prefer the Tonsorial myself but have to use up my 30 premiums not counting backups before going crazy and getting too overstocked....... Rain and thunderstorms moving in for Wednesday and Thursday and drying out but cold temps Friday Saturday and Sunday. Have a great day Cadre !!!!

Enjoy your clamping trip Dave, your roughing it shave selection is better than 99% of the population's normal set ups.

Shave # 305 ( 358 Consecutive Shaves )
Razor: Enders Speed Razor
Blade: Schick Proline (?)
Brush: Sorrentino Custom Orange Crush
Soap: CBL Beta Tonsorial Roasted Oatmeal Stout
Aftershave 1: Humphrey's Citrus

Nice shave with the Enders Speed Shaver and I think shave 1 and I think a Schick Proline ????? I don't remember for......."Reasons" Really enjoying the Tonsorial Beta ROS soap from CBL Soaps.

They are calling for rain and storms and strong winds thru Thursday so headed to the house this morning to wait it out. I've seen on the news recently enough people hurt or killed at campgrounds with trees blown over so playing it safe. We'll probably head back Thursday evening or Friday morning when the cold front has dropped off the lows of 20's at night and highs of 40's during the day but will be dry at least. Invited the 1 friend and his wife to come over and stay with us if they want after he's back from hunting this morning. The other couple went home (nearby me) to sit with her dad who is dying and hospice said he will likely not make it thru the weekend. She had family come in to help her get a break as she was near a breakdown from caring for him flat out. I hope he finds rest soon and glad she seemed to feel refreshed from even just the 3 days there so far. He is 90 years old and 1 of the sweetest men you'd EVER meet in a lifetime. Have a great day Cadre !!!

Tough stuff. Sorry you have to cut the camp week short. Prayers for your friend and her family!
Thanks Chris, we knew it might happen with her dad but she insisted she needed to camp if at all possible for a breather and is close by to stay in touch. Not cut short, just a little interruption. Catfish fry planned for Friday night with the other couple if not all 6 of us (y)

I love the tent set up, ...and that you are at home waiting out the weather. We have camped close to home but never considered leaving and coming back, but a place like that really seems to beg you to give it a chance.
