I guess that is why I reached for the Derby stick.
I've only used 1\3rd of this stick so far. After that I have 11 more to go.
Just recently picked up their Forbidden Fruit scent and it's fantastic. I'm thinking about getting St. Barts as well.My default is usually something from A&E
In my less than expert opinion, A&E/The Club (Peter Charkalis) is one of the accomplished scent formulators in the business. I have Forbidden Fruit and several others. I never have a bad shave with his soaps. Forbidden Fruit is the third of the soaps in the triumvirate of Khalifa, Chasing the Dragon and FF. Khalifa has attained something of a cult status and I would really like to try some one day (Chasing the Dragon too).Just recently picked up their Forbidden Fruit scent and it's fantastic. His soaps are really great. I only own forbidden fruit and Spartacus, both are fantastic in terms of both performance and scent. I'm lucky enough to live not too far from Pasteur's Pharmacy here in NYC and had a chance to sniff a bunch of their soaps. It was really hard not to just buy them all!In my less than expert opinion, A&E/The Club (Peter Charkalis) is one of the accomplished scent formulators in the business. What's 3017? I'm new to the forumI generally 3017, or bottom out, my soaps and creams, except when I travel. Then I bring a stick of Arko or Palmolive Lather with me. Usually both, haha.
To 3017 something is to use it non-stop until it is done, whether that's a soap, cream, aftershave, or a loaf of bread. What's 3017? I'm new to the forum
I spent a whole afternoon and lots of cash at Pasteur's in the Summer of 2018. I used a soap and balm that I bought that afternoon (Eufros Lima-Especias) just yesterday. Great store for the shaving aficionado. His soaps are really great. I only own forbidden fruit and Spartacus, both are fantastic in terms of both performance and scent.
